The Client is a capable natural person who places Orders and purchases the Goods presented on the Site for his personal, domestic and other needs not related to business activities.

Online store - a site where the Client can get acquainted with the presented Goods, their description and prices for the Goods, select a specific Good, the method of payment and delivery of the Goods and place an Order for the selected Goods. The online store is owned and operated by YANINA.

Goods - an object (piece of clothing, accessory or other material value) presented for sale on the Site.

Order - a properly executed and placed Order of the Client (the relevant fields on the Site are filled in in the section "Basket", "placement of order"), addressed to the Seller, for the sale and delivery of the Goods selected on the Site to the address specified by the Client.

Personal account - a software interface for the interaction of the Client with the Site, which may contain information about the Client, data on Orders (Goods), Sellers and other information provided for by the Site, and also provides the possibility of remote interaction between the User and the Site, available to the Client after authorization using the login and password.

Personal account - an analytical accounting account intended for accounting of the Client's settlements with YANINA and reflecting all financial transactions with a specific Client;

Balance of the Personal Account - the difference between the amount of the Client's advance payments (amounts of refunds) and the amount of funds spent on making purchases on the Site and, if applicable, the services provided. Information about the Personal Account Balance is displayed in the Personal Account.

Replenishment of the Personal Account - making by the Client an advance payment to the YANINA current account as payment for future purchases, or a refund (at the request of the Client) of amounts from the YANINA Party in accordance with the Terms. At the same time, the norms of Art. 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, as well as other norms on commercial credit.

Spending funds from the Personal Account - the expenditure of funds from the Client's Personal Account to pay for the Goods and, if applicable, delivery services by the Client.

Movement on the Personal Account - a change in the Balance of the Personal Account, both positive (Replenishment of the Personal Account) and negative (Spending Funds from the Personal Account).

Conditions - means this public offer, as well as the conditions placed in the Product cards and on separate pages of the Site, to which there are links in these Conditions.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Terms of Sale of the Goods determine the procedure for making transactions for the sale of Goods between the Seller and the Client through the Site.

The Site provides information about goods (services) and is intended to familiarize Clients with offers for the sale of Goods posted on the Site, as well as to provide Users with the opportunity to conclude contracts for the retail sale of Goods with the Seller, their delivery, to perform other actions, the functionality of which is presented on the site.

The functionality of the Site may be changed by YANINA unilaterally from time to time. YANINA reserves the right to independently establish, change or cancel certain features of the Site, while the actions of the Client performed before making changes to the functionality of the Site are legally significant and binding on the Sellers and the Client.

1.2. Place of sale of the Goods:

The place of sale of the Goods, the Seller of which is YANINA, is the territory of the Russian Federation.

The place of sale of the Goods by any Seller other than YANINA is the territory of the country where the relevant Seller is registered and (or) operates. Data on the place of registration (conducting activities) of a particular Seller is specified in the section "Sellers other than YANINA" clause 13.5 of these Terms.

1.3. These Terms, as well as information about the Goods presented in the online store, are a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1.4. When ordering the Goods through the Online Store, as well as placing an Order by phone, the Client unconditionally agrees to the Terms and undertakes to fulfill them in good faith.

1.5. The sale of the Goods by the Seller to the Client is regulated:

Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Federal Law of 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1 “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 09.27.2007 No. 612 “On Approval of the Rules for the Sale of Goods by Remote Method”, Federal Law of 07.08.2001 No. 115- Federal Law “On counteracting the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism”, Federal Law No. 41-FZ of March 26, 1998 “On Precious Metals and Precious Stones”.

1.6. YANINA reserves the right to change the Terms without prior notice. Such changes come into force after their publication on the Site and apply to any Order made after publication..

1.7. The fact of registering on the Site, placing an Order in the online store, as well as placing an Order by phone, implies familiarization of the Client with these Terms, the conditions set forth on individual pages of the Site, their understanding, mandatory consent and acceptance.

When placing an Order sold by a Seller other than YANINA, the Client also agrees to the terms of delivery and customs operations through the DHL EXPRESS express carrier network, posted on the page yaninacouture.com/delivery/dhl.

The Client hereby authorizes DHL Express LLC to be its Customs representative during the customs declaration of the Goods. In addition, the Client authorizes YANINA to pay for services for customs operations in relation to the Client's Goods to the Customs representative. At the same time, the use of the above powers is the right, but not the obligation of YANINA.

1.8. All textual information and graphic images of the Goods placed in the Online Store are the property of the Seller or his counterparties. Viewing, using information or printing pages of the Site are permitted only for personal use..

1.9. All rights and obligations under the sale and purchase agreement concluded with the Client arise directly from the Seller, while the Client fully understands and agrees that in the event that an agreement is concluded with a Seller other than YANINA, YANINA is not a party to this agreement and does not bear obligations related to its execution.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

3.1. To place Orders, the Client needs to register in the Online Store and place an Order on his own or with the help of a customer service specialist of the Online Store in ways available to Clients of the respective countries.

3.2. When registering (placement of the Order), the Client must provide reliable data regarding his name and surname, delivery address, phone number (in the case of ordering the Goods by courier service). The Seller is not responsible for non-fulfillment of the Order (delay in execution) and (or) transfer of funds for the return of the Goods to the wrong person due to the message or indication by the Client of inaccurate or inaccurate data about himself.

3.3. The Client undertakes not to disclose to third parties the login and password specified during registration. If the Client suspects the security of his login and password or the possibility of their unauthorized use by third parties, the Client undertakes to immediately notify YANINA by e-mail info@yaninacouture.com.

3.4. YANINA reserves the right to unilaterally delete the Client's account on the Site or restrict the Client's access to the Site if the Client's account is suspected of being used for mass mailings (spam) or other violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4. ORDERING

4.1. The Customer's order is placed independently by the Customer in the online store or by phone with the help of a customer service specialist.

4.1.1. When placing an Order for the purchase of jewelry, the Client undertakes to provide, at the request of the Seller, a scanned copy of his passport (for foreign citizens - a migration card and / or a document confirming the right of a foreign citizen or stateless person to stay (residence) in the Russian Federation).

4.1.2. When purchasing jewelry, the Client is also obliged to inform the Seller that he is: a foreign public official, an official of public international organizations, as well as a person replacing (holding) government positions in the Russian Federation, positions of members of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, positions of federal public service, the appointment and dismissal of which are carried out by the President of the Russian Federation or the Government of the Russian Federation, positions in the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, state corporations and other organizations created by the Russian Federation on the basis of federal laws, included in the lists of positions determined by the President of the Russian Federation or their spouses, close relatives (relatives in direct ascending and descending lines (parents and children, grandparents and grandchildren), full-blooded and half-blooded (having a common father or mother) brothers and sisters, adoptive parents and adopted children) or a person acting on behalf of these persons.

In relation to such persons, the Seller has the right to request documents confirming the origin of the funds for which jewelry is purchased.

4.1.3. If the Client refuses to provide scans of the documents specified in clause 4.1.1. or if it is revealed that the Client belongs to the persons specified in clause 4.1.2., and the Client does not provide the documents requested by the Seller, the Seller has the right to refuse to sell jewelry to the Client.

4.2. When placing an Order independently or with the help of customer service specialists, the Client agrees to the transfer to YANINA and the Seller and the processing by YANINA and the Seller of his personal data (as provided in Section 11 of the offer) and information on the Order or Orders, and also agrees to comply with the Terms of Sale goods by filling in the columns in the appropriate columns when placing an Order in the Online Store.

4.3. When placing an Order from the CIS countries and other countries outside the CIS, the cost of the Order does not include taxes and customs duties. Goods imported into the territory of the Russian Federation in the name of one individual (regardless of whether they were ordered from the Seller or in a third-party online store) will be subject to duty if, within one calendar month, their value exceeds the amount of 500 euros, and the total weight - 25 kg. In case of excess, a customs duty of 30% is applied to the amount in excess of 500 euros, i.e. Customs duty = (Order value - 500 euros) * 30%. In case of exceeding the specified norms, the Client pays all taxes and duties additionally upon receipt of the Order.

DHL courier service contacts the Customer to request a copy of the passport and TIN for customs clearance and payment of duties.

4.4. The Seller makes every effort to provide the Customers with the most complete and reliable information about the Goods on the Site..

Information about the manufacturer, country of origin, composition of the Goods, its dimensions in relation to the Goods offered for sale by YANINA is reliable.

At the same time, due to the peculiarities of color rendering on various devices and color perception by different people, the color of the Goods in its photographs gives an approximate idea of ​​the real color of the Goods and the real color may (only in terms of shades or mixing of deep dark colors) not match the color perceived Client.

5. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER

5.1. After placing the Order, the Client receives information on the parameters of his Order, indicating the cost of the Goods, delivery and other services (in cases where these services are paid for), to the email address indicated by him. Information on the amount of customs duty payable by the Customer when Ordering Goods of the Seller other than YANINA will be available at the stage of delivery of the relevant Goods and provided to the Customer by the DHL courier service.

5.2. The Order is considered accepted for execution after the Client receives an email at the email address specified during registration on the Site, confirming the fact of acceptance of the Order and/or after a message about the creation of the Order is displayed on the Site page or in the Personal Account, indicating it numbers.

5.3. In the event that the absence of the Goods selected by the Client from the Seller is revealed, the latter may cancel the Order in terms of the missing Goods within 24 hours after its acceptance and return the funds to the Client if the Order was paid (partially paid), as well as reimburse the losses incurred by the Client . The Seller informs the Client about the cancellation of the Order (in whole or in part) by sending an e-mail to the address specified during registration in the Personal Account. The funds are returned by the Seller to the bank details from which the payment was made.

5.4. The Seller reserves the right to coordinate the Order data with the Client by phone. If it is impossible to contact the Client within 24 (twenty-four) hours, this is regarded as the Client's refusal of the Order, and if the Client made an advance payment, the funds are returned by the Seller to the bank details from which the payment was made.

5.5. After placing the Order, the Customer is provided with information about the estimated date of delivery of the Order. The specified date depends on the availability of the ordered Goods in the Seller's warehouse and the time required for processing and delivery of the Order.

In any case, the date of delivery of the Order cannot be more than 7 (seven) days higher than the estimated date communicated to the Client upon confirmation of the Order.

5.6. The Seller keeps statistics of the Orders redeemed by the Client. In order to avoid cases of fraud, the Seller has the right to unilaterally limit the number of commodity items in one Order, the amount of one Order, the number of Orders sent at a time to one address and / or one Client, and also determine the procedure for possible payment for the Order.

5.7. The Client has the right to refuse the ordered Goods at any time before its transfer to the Client. 6. TERMS OF PAYMENT

By default, the terms of payment for the Goods on the Site are set as 100% prepayment. This or that Seller may, at its discretion, establish preferential payment terms for certain of its Clients, such as: full or partial payment upon receipt of the Order, installment plan, etc., which the Client will be informed about when familiarizing himself with the catalog on the Site or when placing an Order. The absence of a 100% prepayment requirement when placing an Order means that the Customer is provided with a benefit by one or another Seller in the form of payment for the Goods (in whole or in part) after receiving it.

The Seller has the right to cancel the benefits given to its Customers at any time, but only in relation to newly placed Orders.

6.2. The price of the Goods, excluding shipping costs and customs duties (if applicable), is indicated in the Online Store.

6.3. The Seller has the right to change the price of the Goods unilaterally without notice. However, the Seller does not have the right to change the price of the ordered Goods in the Customer's Order after the Order has been accepted and confirmed by the Seller in accordance with clause 5.2. of these Terms.

6.4. The funds are debited in Russian rubles. When paying with means of payment denominated in a foreign currency, additional debiting of funds by the payment system for currency conversion is possible.

When making an advance payment for the Goods on the Site, the Client agrees that the cash receipt for the purchased Goods, sold by YANINA, and delivery services (if applicable) will be sent electronically to the phone number or email address specified in the Client's Personal Account at the discretion of the Seller . At the same time, a cash receipt for the Goods sold by the Seller who is not a resident of the Russian Federation is not sent to the Client.

By placing an order on the Site, as well as receiving the delivered Goods, the Client agrees that the cashier's receipt for the purchased Goods and delivery services (if applicable) will be sent in electronic form to the subscriber's telephone number or address at the discretion of the Seller or the organization delivering the Goods to the Client. e-mail specified in the Client's Personal Account on the Site at the time of delivery of the Goods to the Client. In this case, the cash receipt on paper is not printed.

6.5. The Seller has the right to provide the Customer with discounts on the Goods and conduct other promotional marketing campaigns. Types of discounts, conditions for conducting marketing campaigns are determined by the Seller independently and are indicated on the Site. The Seller reserves the right at any time to change the terms of discounts, other promotions unilaterally.

6.6. When paying for the Order with a bank card, the Client undertakes, if requested by the Seller, to provide a copy of two pages of the passport of the owner of the bank card - a spread with a photo, as well as a copy of the bank card on both sides (with the last four digits displayed) in accordance with the Rules of International Payment Systems in order to verify the identity of the owner and his eligibility to use the card.

6.7. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the Order paid by a bank card without giving a reason, in particular if the Client fails to submit documents under the terms of clause 6.6. (by fax or by e-mail in the form of scanned copies), including if there are doubts about their authenticity, as well as in any cases when the bank / Merchant has reason to believe that the payment transaction is fraudulent. The cost of the Order is returned to the card from which the payment was made.

7. ORDER Fulfillment & Delivery

7.2. The Customer undertakes to accept the Order within the agreed delivery time.

The terms allotted by the Seller for the receipt of the Order by the Client are limited and are indicated when placing the Order, at the stage of choosing the appropriate delivery method.

Non-receipt of the Order within the above terms is considered the Client's withdrawal from the retail sales contract. If the unreceived Order was prepaid, the funds are returned to the Client in the same way that the Goods were originally prepaid.

7.3. The delivered Goods can be transferred to the following persons (hereinafter also referred to as "recipients"):

· Client;
· to the person specified in the Order as the recipient;
· to any person who has submitted an Order confirmation and expresses willingness to pay the cost of the Order (if the Order has not been prepaid).

To avoid cases of fraud, the person delivering the Order may request the passport of the recipient of the Goods. Refusal to provide an identity document is equated with a refusal to receive the Goods.

Delivery and handing over of Orders containing jewelry:

Upon receipt of the Order, in which jewelry is delivered, the Client is obliged to present, and the representative of the courier service is obliged to check the original passport of the Client. An Order prepaid in whole or in part can only be handed over to the person who made the prepayment.

7.4. The order of the Goods sold by the Seller other than YANINA is carried out only on the basis of full prepayment.

7.5. The transfer of the Order during courier delivery is carried out by a representative of the courier service only on the premises.

7.7. The transfer of Orders, depending on the Goods and / or the Seller, is carried out as follows:

7.7.1. The procedure for the transfer of Orders that do not contain jewelry and / or Orders for which the “fitting” service is available.

When transferring the Order, the Client is obliged, in the presence of a representative of the courier service or a representative of the pickup point, to inspect the integrity of the individual packaging and the presence of external damage on it. After making sure that the packaging is intact and that there are no signs of external damage on it, open the individual packaging and check the presence of the Goods in it. After making sure that the ordered Goods are present and that there are no signs of mechanical or other damage on them, check the article and size of the received Goods with the article and size indicated in the accompanying document. The Client, having made sure that exactly the Goods he ordered was delivered to him, must sign the accompanying document. The fact of affixing a signature on the accompanying documents indicates that the Client has accepted the Goods, he has no claims to the appearance, configuration and cost of the Goods.

The Customer's signature or payment for the Goods upon receipt excludes further claims against the Seller, with the exception of claims related to the presence of manufacturing defects in the ordered Goods.

In the event that a fitting service is available for the Order, the Client, when transferring the Order, is obliged, in the presence of a representative of the courier service or a representative of the pickup point, to inspect the integrity of the individual packaging and the presence of external damage on it. After making sure that the packaging is intact and that there are no signs of external damage on it, open the individual packaging and check the presence of the Goods in it. After making sure that the ordered Goods are present and that there are no signs of mechanical or other damage on them, check the article and size of the received Goods with the article and size indicated in the accompanying document, check the completeness and color of the Goods. The Client, having made sure that exactly the Goods he ordered was delivered to him, the Client can proceed to fitting the Goods.

Fitting outside the self-pickup points can only be carried out on the premises, in the courier's visibility zone, in turn for each individual item of the Order.

7.7.2. The procedure for the transfer of Orders containing jewelry and / or Orders for which the “fitting” service is not available.

Upon receipt of the Order, the Client signs for receipt, makes payment (if applicable) and collects the Order from a representative of the courier service without opening the package of the Order.

The representative of the courier service is not authorized by the Seller and has no right to accept the Order (the Goods to and from it) back from the Client after it is received by the Client.

Upon receipt of the Order, the Client undertakes to immediately open it and, if the Goods in it are found to be inconsistent with the ordered Goods (including damage, marriage, etc.), is obliged to immediately notify the Seller of such a discrepancy. Otherwise, the Goods shall be deemed to have been received by the Customer free from defects and defects.

7.8. The seller tries to comply with the agreed delivery times as much as possible. The Seller is not responsible for possible delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances that occurred due to circumstances beyond the control of the Seller.

7.9. The Client has the right to refuse the entire ordered Goods or individual items at any time before its transfer to the Client (signing of shipping documents), and after the transfer of the Goods - within 7 (seven) days.

7.10. Ownership of the Goods, the risk of its accidental loss or damage passes to the Client at the time of acceptance of the Goods from a representative of the courier service or an employee of the pickup point. Confirmation of the transfer of ownership of the Goods is the Client's signature on the invoice issued by the courier service, or the signature on the Order Acceptance and Transfer Certificate issued by the pickup point employee.

7.11. Simultaneously with the Goods, the Seller transfers all information about the Goods, about the procedure and terms of return, guarantees, care instructions.

7.12. The Goods are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated in the sales receipt or other accompanying document provided to the Client.

For seasonal Goods (clothes, fur Goods, shoes and other Goods), the warranty period is calculated from the moment of the onset of the corresponding season, the onset of which is determined by the authorized state body of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation, based on the climatic conditions of the location of the buyers.

8. RETURN OF GOODS OF GOOD QUALITY

8.1. Return of Goods of good quality is made at any time prior to receipt of the Goods and within 7 calendar days after its receipt.

At the time of delivery of the Goods, information on the terms and procedure for the return is indicated on:

(a) a cash receipt issued to the Client,

and/or

(b) the sales receipt and the fitting/return instructions included with the Order.

The Client, who did not find in the Order a sales receipt or instructions for trying on / returning the Goods, is obliged to immediately contact the YANINA contact center to obtain information on the procedure and terms for returning the Goods.

In the event that the Goods are paid for by prepayment on the Site, information on the timing and procedure for the return is indicated in the e-mail message that is sent to the Client at the time of confirmation of the Order. The message is sent to the Client's e-mail address specified in his Personal Account.

The return of the Goods is carried out to the warehouse of the respective Seller, from which the Goods were sent.

The return of the Goods of good quality is carried out if the specified Goods were not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, KIZ (control and identification mark) on fur products and original packaging are preserved.

If a gift was attached to the Goods, it must be transferred together with the Goods, while the gift must also not have signs of use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals and original packaging must be preserved.

If the Client has received certain benefits (points, bonus miles, cashback, etc.) in connection with the fact of making a purchase on the Site, then if the Client refuses the Order (the Goods in it), the Seller (another person who provided such benefits) have the right to cancel benefits in the relevant part or in full.

Partial return of Goods of good quality placed in one Order is possible.

The exchange of the Goods is carried out by issuing a return of the unsuitable Goods and placing a new Order.

If there is a dispute about the fact of the use of the Goods and the safety of its presentation, an independent examination of the Goods will be carried out.

The Client does not have the right to refuse the Goods of proper quality, having individually defined properties, if the specified Goods can be used exclusively by the Client acquiring it.

If the delivery is paid, then in case of refusal of the Goods of good quality, its cost is not refunded.

IMPORTANT:

In accordance with the Agreement on the implementation in 2015-2016 of a pilot project to introduce marking of Goods with control (identification) marks under the heading "clothes, clothing accessories and other products made of natural fur", from 12.08.2016 fur products containing fifty or more percent of fur are subject to mandatory marking with control (identification) marks.

In connection with the obligation of the Seller to keep records of the turnover of the specified type of Goods, the Client, who intends to return the Goods of this category, must try to keep the control (identification) signs placed on the Goods for the period provided for by the Conditions for the return of the Goods.

In the event that the legislation introduces mandatory marking with control (identification) marks of other Goods, the above rules will also apply to such Goods.

8.2. To process the return of the Goods of good quality (including due to its exchange), the Client undertakes to carefully pack the Goods (with all components and a complete set of accessories specified in the accompanying documentation for the Goods) and attach the documents posted at the link: yaninacouture.com/exchange_return/

IMPORTANT:

If the return of the Goods is carried out by the Client's Representative and the return application (another similar document submitted by the Seller) contains the bank (or other) details (for the return of funds) of the Client, then a power of attorney (simple written form) from the Client and a copy of the representative's passport pages.

If the return of the Goods is carried out by the representative of the Client and the bank (or other) details (for the return of funds) of the representative of the Client are indicated in the application for return, then the refund will be carried out according to the details of the representative of the Client, only if the application, drawn up by the representative of the Client, is a notarized power of attorney from the Client and copies of the pages of the representative's passport are attached. In the absence of a notarized power of attorney, the Goods for return from the representative of the Client are not accepted.

8.3. Procedure for violation by the Seller of the quantity condition.

When submitting an Order, the Customer is obliged to check the quantity of Goods in the Order. If during the transfer of the Order by the Client, discrepancies in the quantity of the Goods in the Order are found, the Client is obliged, in the presence of a representative of the pick-up point or a courier, to draw up an Act on the discrepancy in quantity.

If the Seller has handed over to the Customer a smaller quantity of the Goods than specified by the Order (underinvestment), the Client, when transferring the Order, has the right to accept the Goods in the part corresponding to the Order and demand to transfer the missing quantity of the Goods, or, if the missing Goods have been paid, to refuse the Order in the part of the missing Goods and demand a refund for the missing Goods.

The transfer of the missing Goods is carried out by placing a new Order as agreed by the parties - by the Seller or the Client, subject to the provision by the Client of the Discrepancy Certificate.

If it is impossible to transfer the missing Goods, the Seller notifies the Client about this by sending a message to the email address specified by the Client during registration, and the funds actually paid for the missing Goods are returned to the Client.

The funds paid by the Client for the missing Goods are subject to return within 10 days from the date of receipt of the Client's written application for the return of funds, as well as the Act on the discrepancy in quantity.

9. RETURN OF GOODS OF IMPROPER QUALITY

9.1. Goods of inadequate quality are Goods that have flaws and cannot ensure the performance of their functional qualities..

9.2. If the delivered Goods turned out to be of inadequate quality due to a manufacturing defect or damage during transportation, the Client has the right to return it or exchange it for a similar Good of good quality, provided that it is in stock.

To return the Goods of inadequate quality, the Customer must contact a customer service specialist. The Client undertakes to carefully pack the Goods (with all components and a complete set of accessories specified in the accompanying documentation for the Goods), attach the documents specified in 8.2.

9.3. If there is a dispute about the causes of defects or the fact of the use of the Goods and the preservation of its presentation, an independent examination of the Goods will be carried out. If, as a result of the examination of the Goods, it is established that its defects arose due to circumstances for which the Seller (manufacturer) is not responsible, the Client is obliged to reimburse the Seller for the costs of conducting the examination, as well as the costs associated with its implementation for storage and transportation of the Goods.

10. REFUNDS

10.1. Refund in case of refusal of the Goods sold by YANINA.

10.1.1. In case of refusal of the Goods sold by YANINA and its return using courier and postal services, the return of funds to the Client, regardless of the cash or non-cash method of payment for the Goods, is carried out by transferring the appropriate amount by the method specified in the return application:

  • To the Client's personal account balance.

At the request of the Client, funds can be credited to the Personal Account to pay for subsequent Orders or to exchange the Goods in accordance with the procedure specified in clause 8.1 above.

The amount of funds available for use can be seen by the Client in the Personal Account in the Personal Account section, as well as when placing an Order at the stage of choosing a payment method.

Transfer by bank transfer:

  • To the bank card with which the online payment for the Order was made.
  • To a bank account opened in the name of the Client registered in the online store.

When returning cash and non-cash funds to a third party, an obligatory additional condition is the provision of copies of the passport of the Client and the third party to whose account the refund will be made (2 and 3 pages) or to whom cash will be issued.

10.2. Refund in case of refusal of the Goods sold by the Seller other than YANINA.

In case of refusal of the Goods sold by the Seller other than YANINA, the funds shall be returned only to the bank card from which the payment for the relevant Goods was made.

10.3. Claims for the return of the amount of money paid for Goods of good quality must be satisfied within 10 days from the date of receipt by the Seller of a correctly completed and signed return application (when returning the Goods sold by YANINA) or an invoice (when returning the Goods sold by another Seller).

11. PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF CLIENTS' PERSONAL DATA. ADVERTISING MAIL

11.1. 12. PRE-ORDER

12.1. On the Site, it is possible to place an Order for a Product from future receipts that is not yet in the Seller's warehouse (hereinafter referred to as the Pre-Order).

12.2. Making a Pre-Order of the Goods is possible upon payment of 100% of the cost of the ordered Goods by bank card within 2 (two) days from the date of registration. Upon receipt of funds, the Goods are reserved for the Client who placed the Pre-Order.

The Goods placed as a Pre-Order are delivered to the Client within the time limits stated in clause 7 of the Offer, from the date of confirmation after the Goods arrive at the Seller's warehouse.

12.3. When placing a Pre-Order without pre-payment for the Goods, the Goods are not reserved for the Client and the application is canceled.

If the Pre-Order is canceled by the Client or the Seller, the refund of the funds paid for the Pre-Order is carried out by the Seller within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of cancellation of the Pre-Order using the bank card details from which the Pre-Order was paid, unless other details were provided by the Client.

12.9. The cost of the paid Goods under the Pre-order does not change regardless of changes in prices on the Site, exchange rates and other circumstances.
